At Tresoura, we aim to ensure that you love our products. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Our return policy is designed to make the process as smooth as possible for you.
Return Policy
- Initial Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. After 30 days, you can still initiate a return for store credit or an exchange up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
- Handling Fee: Returns are subject to a handling fee of $6.95 per order. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. You are responsible for returning the product to us in new or gently used condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund to the original payment method, minus the original shipping fees, which are non-refundable. Please note that it may take an additional 7-14 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund transaction. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are free of charge. If you are exchanging for a higher-priced product, the remaining balance will be charged. Conversely, if exchanging for a lower-priced product, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “FINAL SALE” or “non-returnable” and those purchased during Cyber Week promotions are not eligible for return or refund.
- Gift with Purchase: If you are returning an item that qualified for a Gift with Purchase or as part of a Buy 2 Get 1 Free Offer, please include the bonus gift with your return. If you choose to keep the bonus gift, its value will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Abuse of Return Policy: We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to deny returns if we determine, at our sole discretion, that there has been misuse of our return policy (such as excessive returns, return of empty or mostly used bottles, reseller activity, or fraud).
FAQ Excerpts
- Order Number: Your order number is included in your order confirmation email. It consists of 6-7 digits. If you cannot find your order number, please contact us.
- Order Cancellation or Edits: Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make edits. If you forgot to apply a discount code, please contact us.
- Refund Processing Time: Allow 5-7 business days for refund processing. Note that initiating a return does not cancel your subscription if you are a Tresoura subscriber. Manage your subscription in the account portal.
- Damaged Packages: If your package was damaged during shipping, contact us within five days of delivery. Provide your order number and details of the damaged, incorrect, or missing items. We may request photos of the items.
International Returns and Exchanges
- Non-refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for international returns are non-refundable. Include your order number with the return shipment. International customers must return their orders to the following address:
